Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Be in their original condition.
  • Have all tags attached.
  • Be free from stains, odors, makeup marks, or damage.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimwear
  • Intimate apparel
  • Jewelry and accessories
  • Personalized or customized products

Return Request

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@mollydaze.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our customer service team will provide further instructions.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours after purchase. Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to guarantee modifications or cancellations.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
